8.0.3.1. Beyond that, a Belated Rank Application

This may not apply to you. You have not answered "Which rank is this board of review for?" yet. Answer it and this step will either settle or drop off.

To hold a board beyond 24 months, or to obtain the rank for someone who completed the requirements as a youth but never received it, a Belated Rank Application goes to the National Program Committee through the local council. For Quartermaster the documentation must prove the Quartermaster requirements were met.
