The one addition the Guide makes for Quartermaster: every effort should be made to include at least one board member who is familiar with Sea Scouts advancement.

Tip. Worded as "every effort should be made", which is weaker than a requirement and stronger than a suggestion. A board that knows Eagle procedure inside out and has never seen a Quartermaster Leadership Service Project Workbook is the situation this sentence exists to prevent.
