A route to a board when the ordinary one has broken down. The Guide lists the circumstances that may prompt it and then defers wholly to the Eagle Scout topic for how it is run.

Note. The Guide gives the circumstances and then defers wholly to the Eagle Scout topic for the procedure. That topic also permits the review to be held by videoconference in the rare circumstances it sets out. Note that the general videoconferencing topic, 8.0.1.6, is not among the six the Sea Scout section adopts — it arrives here through 8.0.3.2 and applies to this route, not to boards of review generally.
