7. Scoutmaster conference

Since joining the troop and while working on this rank. It is the last step of the Scout rank, and Tenderfoot requirement 10 asks for its own conference only after this one is done.
Notes and warnings
Warning. Tenderfoot requirement 10 asks for a Scoutmaster conference AFTER completing Scout rank requirement 7. The two conferences are separate events and the Tenderfoot one cannot be backdated to cover both, which is what makes leaving this requirement late expensive rather than merely untidy.
Note. A Scoutmaster conference is not a retest and not a pass-or-fail event, and Guide to Advancement 4.2.3.5 says a conference required for a rank must not be denied. If you ask for one, you get one.
