Required Often forgotten

Two parts, and neither is behind the gate. This can be done while the Swimming badge and the 400-yard swim are still outstanding.

Note. Requirements 16 and 17 are OUTSIDE the gate: it names 3 through 15 and stops. These two are what you can be getting on with while the Swimming badge and the 400-yard swim are outstanding, and doing them then is the single best piece of scheduling available on this badge.
