Done on the second copy, and the brief is SAFER AND MORE COMFORTABLE rather than prettier. It is the only piece of design work on the badge, and it is the one place where the rest of it pays off: the drainage you mapped in 4(b) and the eleven plants you identified in requirement 3 are both answers waiting to be used.

Note. THIS IS WHERE REQUIREMENT 3 PAYS FOR ITSELF, AND WHERE 4(b) IS ANSWERED. Redesign for the people you identified at the start of requirement 4, the ones arriving by bus or car, and remember that the requirement asks for SAFER AND MORE COMFORTABLE rather than prettier. The badge offers five things you might add: new walks, covered waiting areas, benches, space-defining plantings of trees and shrubs, and drainage structures. Two of those five are answers to the standing water you drew in 4(b), which is why the copies are used in that order. And you have just identified eleven plants that grow in your area and know what each is good for, so plant them here by name rather than drawing a green blob. Work on the second copy, not the original.
