Requirement
4.2.3.1. Test three — the Scout meets the unit's documented expectations
Required May not apply
If, for the period required, the Scout meets those aspects of the unit's pre-established documented expectations that refer to a level of activity, then they are considered active and the requirement is met.
Notes and warnings
Note. Read from the Guide: test three is written in terms of the unit's pre-established documented expectations, and 4.2.3.1 does not say what happens to this test where a unit has none. It does answer that question for positions of responsibility, at 4.2.3.4.4. This plan does not carry the answer across, because that would be inference presented as procedure. If your unit has nothing written down, the position-of-responsibility branch is the nearest thing the Guide actually says.
