8.0.4.1. Eagle only: the appeal to the National Council

This may not apply to you. You have not answered "Which rank is this board of review for?" yet. Answer it and this step will either settle or drop off.

After a council-level Eagle board or appeal board rejects a candidate, the Scout or a parent or guardian may appeal through the local council to the National Program Committee or its designee. A rejection delivered there is final.
